Re: AOR 2002-13
Dear Messrs. Bauer, Vogel and McGahn:
This refers to your letter November 13, 2002 requesting
that your advisory opinion request submitted on
October 30, 2002 be withdrawn. This request posed the
question of application of BCRA to recount accounts
established by political party committees and Federal
candidates.
This will confirm that we consider AOR 2002-13 as
withdrawn and are closing our files on the matter.
Sincerely,
(signed)
Rosemary C. Smith
Acting Associate General
Counsel
